I love holidays! I don't know why Americans don't enjoy holidaying!

Alot of people fear that they will be more vulnerable to losing their job if they are gone too much.

Wow, gotta fear for their jobs for using up all their entitled leave every year? That's crazy! Over here, we are all forced to clear all our leaves whether we want to or not! The company gets upset and threatens to take away all your leave if you don't use them! Like if you don't use them, they forbid you to come to work, until you have cleared your paid non-work days.

In many fields, again in America, this is common.
