S. Korea has been basically corrupt since there became a S. Korea.

It raises the question of whether it's better to be covertly run by a cult leader or by a spoiled child with no self-control or right to be there.

Not a great choice is it? Reminds me of somewhere else that is having a choice of two awful candidates at the moment ..... As a saving grace, one of the Korean leaders was selected by her population (even if they are having second thoughts at the minute) while the other inherited the family business from his father who inherited the family business from his father.
