I can imagine this would be delightful to the fat food centred feminazis. You can imagine all the skankbags in these courses with their dyed hair and hipster glasses. I wouldn't be surprised to see trigglypuff there. It also wouldn't be surprising to see the dommes on this site in these courses. Crikey, if I happened to attend one of these courses just to troll the cunts, I would get sat on.

Look on the bright side: At this rate, they'll soon get to "Whiner Studies."

This is the best thread you've ever started, RM. "Fat Awareness" groups. Excellent!

Fat studies courses? Methinks there'll be a one to one enrollment correspondence with the "women's studies" courses.

Come now Peon, you have opined on this topic any number of times.... why the hesitation now?

Man up, Sally!

Well, you know more about your own body-shape than I do, A. You tell her, if you want to.

Really? That's amazing, because you've asserted that I'm short and rotund. Now you're claiming I know myself better than you?

That's quite the turnaround Peon. Perhaps there's other things I know better than you. Are you beginning to doubt yourself?

I'm *riddled* with self-doubt, A. You know that - I'm a sub male. How could I be any different? You, however, are a Very Masculine Dominant Male, and as such are armed with Hard Facts - including those about your own weight and height. The floor is yours, old chap.

Actually, since we do seem headed for national healthcare, it is an issue for everyone. If we have to pay the insurance for these people isn't it right to demand they maintain their health at least a little bit ? Heart disease, strokes, diabetes, liver and kidney problems as well as a few others, we have to eat green leafies and watch our sugar consumption while they get to live on potato chips and candy ? Just like when you buy a new car. If the engine takes a shit you better have records of all those required oil changes and other required maintenance. Say right in the contract is you do not have that the warranty is void.

And don't accuse me of fat shaming. It is a self control problem brought on by prolonged ignorance. And there are reasons for that beyond their control. First of all, most obese people are malnourished. That's right, their cravings are brought on by deficiencies. In animals it is called cribbing and the pros in that field either give them supplements or in the old days a salt lick, and that was unrefined salt. The etymology of the word "salt" is from "salarum" which is also the root of the word "salary". People were paid in salt because salt meant life, before they started refining it that is. Hear the phrase "He is worth his salt" ? Well that is where it came from. And this is when people stopped being nomadic and kept farming the land over and over, while those before them knew when the land was "played out" and moved on.

But I am sure that these ultrasickening liberal colleges will fuck it up.

There is another thing, control. You are what you eat. What did you weigh when you were born, eight pounds ? Now you are how many pounds ? Where does that come from ? Not the air. It is the su total of everything you have eaten minus what you have shit, pissed and sweated out. There is no logic to argue against that. However the excretions and the intake do not necessarily match. You don't sweat enough, and then if you eat less you don't shit enough. You lose energy. And without moving around you will not burn fat. If you got kids, I tellya right now do not overfeed them and NEVER EVER give out foods as a treat. That sets a psychological precedent and then when something upsets them in later ife they will be prone to overeat.

And then when someone points that out to them they will be prone to overeat more to "feel better". To remember when they were a kid and you took them to the icecream parlor because they got an "A" on their report card. You should not even use treats training animals. It does not make them want to please you, it makes them want the treat and when you run out, fuck you.

And remember, fat doe not make you fat, carbohydrates make you fat. Really too much fat can lead to problems like heart disease etc., but not always. And I am not saying to eat a pound of bacon a day.

I did lose alot of weight years ago and now that I am more sedentary it is coming back but not all that fast. The best thing to do is to never gain it and if you want that for your kids don't ever use food as a reward, even the money to buy food.

Even though I believe that price gouging is the major cause of the healthcare crisis in the US, another contributing factor is the poor health of the people. Don't know how to eat right and even if they did the food is quite a bit more expensive. Many cannot afford to spend three times for food that they do now, even though a hundred years ago they did. But what happened is that you can't rent a place with no bugs and no drugs for less than $600 a month and people do not make $600 a week anymore, unless older and skilled. People put themselves through college ? They eat Ramen noodles, which is total junk, it has no nutrition.

And I live down the street from a McDonald's. On Sunday afternoon they have a line of cars there and even some in the parking lot. Are you kidding me ? Sunday is the day to cook, even in the oven in summer. Eat good, get your nutritional shit together and be ready for the work week. McDonald's has a place i society, to kill people at lunch at work, but on Sunday afternoon ?

The fact is we are lazy, or maybe tired. It has been quipped that we have time to mow a three acre yard but not to cook our own food. There are alot of people like that.

And now you money is going to buy them more powered wheelchairs, insulin and painkillers at the very least. And the people who reap the profits from this shit will reap even more.

This is progress.

T^T

Well, women gain weight as a means of self- protection. The term is 'Armouring'.
