There is this article in CNN, which talks about Democratic party has become oppressive and anything but for democracy. The reason Hillary lost because also of "Bernie or Bust" Movement.

Less people came out to vote for both.

Bernie supporters either voted third party, Trump or stayed home.

DNC really fucked up on their choice. And they deserved this defeat.

They ran a campaign of "Vote Against", instead of "Vote For". Because they didn't choose a good guy like Bernie.

Nice speech. Now he gets to find out all the things he can't do. He best not go riding around in convertibles or he might join JFK.

But he is right in most of what he said, in the last 40 years I have watched the place fall apart. Used to be that skilled people could quit a job and be pretty sure of getting another one before their savings ran out. I did it plenty of times. Now I can barely get any work at all.

I know an engineer who designed the molds for the impellers for jet engines, there is no work for him. We got people with degrees applying for entry level jobs in fast food. You expect them to pay back their student loans on that kind of money ? No, they have to make enough to survive and that ain't even it.

Actually, I'll be surprised if he isn't dead within four years. If he does anything near what he says, he definitely will be.

But US voters have spoken, they are sick of this shit. They might as well get it through their heads that almost any Johnny Come Lately who is not part of their establishment can get elected. And that is how it should be.

That was actually a really good article... and I agree with what he's saying.
On the other hand, party solidarity isn't a bad thing.

Nothing to do with the Chicago Cubs winning the world series, then?

Part of his CV.

Whilst I don’t disagree with a few things he said in the video at the start I simply look at his CV, debates etc to come to the conclusion the man is the most unfit and corrupt person to be elected to office by 28% of the eligible electorate "rigged system"...and he is as thick as two short planks. Overlooking the fact he is the establishment he is trying to crucify. Do you believe for one iota of a second I would vote for my beloved SNP if it had a creature like that at the helm.

Yes, I rather believe that you would. The SNP could put up somebody who makes the circus peanut look like Ghandi and the Scots would still vote for him if he had the correct accent and complained about Westminster enough. Hell, the SNP have been rushing to the right since Alex Salmond took over, and as for corruption, don't even get me started on that one: there's councils in Scotland that make Tower Hamlets and Rotherham look like models of probity and governance.

On a lighter note, though: it seems having been told to go fuck himself by the Conservatives, Nigel Farage is now chasing a job with Trump's administration. If he gets one, America's loss will be the UK's gain.

I thought the general idea was that Farage took all of those political risks because he can now retire on the recently enriched MP plan. Or is that still not enough for the high and vanquished ?

But I agree with T8r, Trump WILL play ball...or else. Apparently he hasn't had 'that' meeting yet.

Farage can't retire on the enriched MP plan as he was never an MP: he's lost at least six by elections since joining UKIP. He was an MEP, but that isn't the same thing, and means that he was being paid his salary out of the tithes to the EU he spent the more public part of his political career whining about.

As for the tiny-handed shitweasel, of course he'll play ball: anybody who's stupid enough to believe all of the crap he's been spouting about not being part of the political elite and standing for the working man probably believes that he funded his own campaign as well.

WM how dare thee besmirch my fragile little soul with inference I’d vote for a raving loon…my second vote goes to the greens, I would merely give them the first should a creature get into a position of power.

Although I am led to believe voting for any olde psychotic maniac is more an english trait. Margaret Thatcher now there was a fuking deranged maniac and that one had a brain. Then we have Nigel Farage a dangerous fuker that one fading into obscurity. And the man who would be king Boris Johnson – he will not be in the wings long.

Up until a decade or so ago the SNP were the 3-4th party in Scotland. So Thatcher was not the catalyst. The moronic Englpish were. I have yet to decide which side of the border you are – north probably. Although I am not sure the relevance of the council thingy – I liked when lab teamed up with the tory bastards to keep out the SNP by 1 vote. Sniveling little turncoats siding up with the forces of evil.

Let us not forget better together and project fear and brexit.

23% of the American electorate voted for Trump is another reason he got in ;) and part of his CV is here http://www.collarchat.com/m_4967872/tm.htm

I dont doubt for a second many of the English would vote for, they have voted for maniacs - for the same reasons - many of those republican voted for it

Is it not called the party faithful - loyal supporters.
Monster scale
Thatcher 10 - I see the miners strike - inquest has been denied the other week - what did police pay go up during the mad fukers rule?
Trump 11
farage 8
Boris 7
Clinton 5

They lack the metal to abandon ship...dont ever infer I do not ;) or i will start sticking words in your gob. Some will never abandon the Lab, Con, Dem, Rep - as has been proven recently, no matter which rock it crawled out for under.

23% of the eligible electorate is all it took to put monkey man in the oval office

I believe it did, yes.

As for the SNP, I rather liked Milliband's comment that if the Scots wanted a Labour government, perhaps they should have voted Labour.

I am led to believe 3rd - 4th party is now the will of my lands...many learned to chose neither of the two main ones...granted it always takes time for half wits..I think...a few will

mad forthings - but why is that even i know his other brother was the better of those two wrecks...not that i would have pissed on him if he was on fire./do you prey to Millbands comment cunt? You must regale me with many tales what you have gleaned from waffle so i may behold thy splendour.

A vote for labour is a wasted vote - futility itself against the pea brains of englanders..is it not

A vote for the SNP is a vote for the Tories. I can imagine that a lot of Scots are unwilling to accept this, but there is no way in hell the SNP will ever get to form a government outside of Holyrood.
