Well, Obama's approval rating currently is 52-55%, while Trump's is 33-42%, depending which source you choose.

I think Obama's approval rating is high because people like him. It certainly isn't because they're happy with the direction that the country has been going. People can spin that however they like, but the buck stops at the Oval Office.

And from a 2015 Quinnipiac poll...

Americans are mad as hell about the way things are going in the United States. It's not clear if they're going to take it anymore. More than seven in 10 Americans — 71 percent — said they are dissatisfied, according to the results of a new Quinnipiac University poll released Monday. And 41 percent indicated that they are "very dissatisfied."

Well then, let's not let him be president when his term runs out.

How the hell do you magically know what he is going to do ? What he said ? Obama didn't do what he said.

And Obama is supposed to know what the powers of the President are being supposedly a legal scholar. Gitmo is still open, the ACA is a wreck, they have QE to prop up the market so that you'll leave your money in there for the next crash, and nothing he did will stop it. And he bypassed congress on a bunch of the things he did do.

The only thing he did right was to keep us out of Iran. It would be a disaster. It would be like Iraq, Vietnam and Korea all at the same time.

I think you're absolutely correct. I think the best evidence is the poll that took place on 08 NOV this year.
