Right here is where I get confused surely he cant be impeached for his known CV which you kind find part of here http://www.collarchat.com/m_4967872/tm.htm

I am 100% sure on this one but still fascinated whether he will step through the door or not. I know a dangerous buffoon when I see one - his wife family pence - all fine.

Trump University do you think?

I don't think you know what you are talking about.
You have such a poor understanding that you think it is possible to impeach someone before they take office.
You also clearly believe that a person can be impeached for something that happened before they took office.
And finally you fail to comprehend the difference between a civil suit and a criminal case.
Learn how our system works before you start preaching about it.

An impeachment is a trial by the Senate for infractions delineated in the Constitution.
As Donald Trump has not performed any actions that could be considered actionable; no, I don't think he will be impeached. Now, if some rumors are true; Hillary could sure use a Presidential pardon.

Trump isnt gonna "lock her up" like his supporters stupidly think he will (voters should know by now that politicians & Trump in particular will lie thru his/their teeth & do it with a straight face). Hillary is the mother of his daughters bestie, the Clintons have attended his wedding to Melania, they have rubbed elbows for a long time, Trump was a Democrat before he ran as an Independent and then now crashing the Republican Party as its uninvited leader.. even if he "appoints" someone to "look" into the whole affair, it will be just for show, nothing will come of it..

BamaD questions I did ask before you dribbled "You also clearly believe that a person can be impeached for something that happened before they took office." and you said that after I said Right here is where I get confused surely he cant be impeached for his known CV which you kind find part of here http://www.collarchat.com/m_4967872/tm.htm
Are you mad, psychotic or illiterate? Or are you a sophist, dangerous maniac, stereotype of atrocity – now, these people I do not like anywhere. Are you presenting yourself as one to me, or perhaps you simply misread.

Now, his CV is his CV, he still has 3500 pending lawsuits = unknown outcome and yet they technically form part of his CV - which he could be impeached for, or anything alleged which later proves to be true and within the remit of Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes, Misdemeanours and being a Pirate(hehe). ..hes fuked.

Anyhow, can he be impeached now or must they wait till one tic of the clock after the 20th....I dont know..and dont put words in my mouth or claim i said the opposite of what I actually said. I'd rather they lob him in the Coliseum myself - trident for him, naturally, forged with the Whitehouse silver wear.

I also require an absolute definition of Civil officer, as well is he president now, or not until the 20th…and or is he a civil officer before election, or immediately after election?

Thoughts Bamad? you seem to be an authority yet have answered shag all, infact you just made shite up, did you not.

And what in having a personal relationship has to do with Department of Justice investigations into malfeasance in office? And it is Obama who is rumored to be considering a pardon for Hillary Clinton even before charges are brought. The precedent for such actions was set when Agnew pardoned Nixon before any charges were formally brought. Trump could issue a pardon too. But I don't think Trump will be using the DoJ as a personal attack dog the way other politicians in recent history have tried to.

WickedsDesire - I would suggest you read up on what impeachment actually is. An "impeachment" is a hearing when a public official is suspected of behavior against the government as delineated in the constitution.

http://law2.umkc.edu/faculty/projects/ftrials/impeach/constitution.html

The last time a high official was impeached; it was Bill Clinton. The charges against Bill Clinton were obstruction of justice and purgery to a grand jury. Bill Clinton was found culpable for the charges but was deemed they were not severe enough to warrant his removal from office. This effectively branded anyone party to the Clinton administration as party to lies and not to be trusted in public office.

http://www.history.com/this-day-in-history/president-clinton-impeached

Many voters remember hot nasty and vitriolic both of the Clintons were in their behavior while Bill was in office. A lot of the voters with long memories would have voted for Sauron and the Mordor party rather than see Hillary Clinton in a position to ruin good people again.

Agnew pardoned Nixon?

Agnew resigned as VP and plead Nolo Contendere to charges of kick-backs, when he was governor of (?)Maryland(?).

Ford ascended to the presidency, when Tricky Dick resigned. Ford issued the pardon.

I'm sure it was (like a recent post of mine) just a brain bubble.

Civil lawsuits do not involve criminal acts, thus are not relevant to impeachment.
