Donald Trump has never held a Federal Security Clearance and has never had to deal with Federal protocols for classified material. Hillary Clinton did and either willfully violated the requirements or was so clueless as to not understand the requirements when she signed the briefing acknowledgement upon receiving her clearance for the post of Secretary of State for the whole friggin' country! In the military such actions, when discovered, would result in at a minimum "Found to demonstrably unreliable and unfit for military service. Dishonorable discharge for the good of the service."
