Status: offline 		A former FBI official said Sunday that Bill and Hillary Clinton are part of a “crime family” and added that top officials impeded the investigation into Clinton’s email server while she was secretary of state.

Former assistant FBI director James Kallstrom praised Donald Trump before he offered a take down of the Clintons in a radio interview with John Catsimatidis, The Hill reported.

“The Clintons, that’s a crime family, basically,” Kallstrom said. “It’s like organized crime. I mean the Clinton Foundation is a cesspool.”

Kallstrom, best known for spearheading the investigation into the explosion of TWA flight 800 in the late ’90s, called Clinton a “pathological liar” and blamed Attorney General Loretta Lynch for botching the Clinton email server investigation.

“The problem here is this investigation was never a real investigation,” he said. “That’s the problem. They never had a grand jury empanelled, and the reason they never had a grand jury empanelled, I’m sure, is Loretta Lynch would not go along with that.”

“God forbid we put someone like that in the White House,”

Status: offline 		So R1, what else is new, there have been many crimes committed where there was never a grand jury formed. We get special commissions et el. I want to know how private email servers stand at the same level of murder and other quite obvious conspiracies ?

Still, while no guilty pleas or convictions, easy to say what families are crime families. The Bush family is by that standard...a crime family but you never heard any FBI coming out about their skating justice.

She communicated to other governments, in the name of the US and representing the US, things that she alter hid. Why did she hide them ? This shit is in her OFFICIAL CAPACITY, not baby pictures from her cousins down south.

She could have already started WW3 and we just don't know it yet.

And it is all still bullshit. the NSA has ALL those emails if they went over the internet, and if they didn't it doesn't matter, but they did. But now you see how it is, the NSA is not there to keep the government honest at all or even watch them, it is not even to watch foreign nationals who might be terrorists, the NSA is there to watch for organization among USians to start really fucking with the government. They know they richly deserve it. They are paranoid, no, that is not the word because they really do have laot of enemies HERE. Not in one of those "'stans" but right here.

They don't want you thinking they will use the actual content of your emails against you, it is in their best interest just to put you on a list. Person of interest. No fly.

Status: offline 		The violation of Federal regs in regards to handling classified communication on a private server and destroying emails after being served with a subpoena to produce the records constitutes a proven calumny whereas the conspiracy allegations are too well hidden to prove and the allegation of homicide to cover up peccadilloes has insufficient evidence to take to court.
That the Department of Justice under the Obama administration chooses not to prosecute an admitted violation of regulations and obstruction of a subpoena that would have an unprivileged citizen in prison is an issue with the administration and not Hillary Clinton per se.

Well if we're going to ask leading questions and try to pass that off as an argument: why aren't Powell or Cheney even being investigated over it if it warrants a couple of years of screeching butthurt hysteria from most of the American right when somebody with a D after their name does it?
