To advise a BDSM life is too far out of bounds. The definition of normal or healthy behaviour is still growing and sometimes shrinking. It depends on who you go to for advice. Happiness is too often compared to some fanciful norm. If you are happy, but living too far out of the norm, then you must be defective and not able to realise you are not actually happy. It's a wonderful catch 22, that you can also be delusionally happy. There are of course many ready to cure you of this sad bliss.
