She does more harm than good to any "real" rape victim out there, and causes ignorance of the rapes that do actually happen by the thousands every year. In every country. To men AND women.

How to deal with her is a bit of a complicated issue (she needs punishment to avoid sending the sign that you can do this sort of shit and get away scot free, but the existence of punishment matters more than harshness of punishment and it should be understood that getting her treatment should be the first priority), but this isn't a leftist issue so much as a bit of a twist on a rather old behavior.
