It's because some numpty has written some really shite advertizing code for an advert that doesn't actually work, and inserted it in to an ancient forum script that is already struggling. So, ya know, the whole thing is wondering WTF is going on. The advert is completely pointless other than being a pain in the fricking eyeballs, and brain for such as me as it flicks in and out of the screen at speed.
The person that has done this should hang their head in shame and sod off back to coding school.
