http://www.factsoverfeelings.org/blog/i-changed-men-to-black-people-in-an-everyday-feminism-post-and-heres-what-happened

A great way to expose the rampant sexism in feminism.

Firstly, it is about feminism.
No surprise there as it's your pet subject.

Secondly, it's a blog; so not exactly news, just an opinion piece.
No surprise there either as you rarely find anything factual, relevant or even interesting.

So the upshot is, it is another irrelevant post from you that means fuck all to most on this mudball.

Curmudgeonly1 -> RE: I Changed "Men" to "Black People" in an Everyday Feminism Post, And Here's What Happened. (11/27/2016 2:10:22 AM)

Gosh, it's not every day we see irrelevant, spiteful, petty sniping form freedumbdwarf.

Oh wait...

People shouldn't go around being feminists, RM, because feminism is a very bad thing.

Actually, the substance of the link isn't a blog. It's only posted on a blog. It's an article published by Everyday Feminism in which the blogger has "taken the liberty of changing the word 'man' to 'black person,' 'men' to 'black people,' and 'patriarchy' to 'black culture,'" leaving everything else intact. Although he does express his opinion of the result, I think it's fairly obvious that you are free to draw your own.

In a word, no. Did you really need to be told that? Seriously?

Awww Nicky, that's so sad. Did some big bad women write bad shit about men again? And then you read it and it hurt your widdle feelings. That's just awful mean of her. Maybe you should go ask daddy for a cookie and have a nap. It probably won't help you, but it will get you off the computer for a while and that can't be all bad now can it?

Wantahotwife -> RE: I Changed "Men" to "Black People" in an Everyday Feminism Post, And Here's What Happened. (11/27/2016 6:17:02 AM)

Changing the words "men" into anything doesn't actually help to prove a point in this case. The original article makes a very clear case based on facts and reality. When the original article goes into "what ifs" and "maybe's" it doesn't try to hide that fact but rather enhances it to showcase an observation. All in all, the conclusion drawn from that article is that people should be more respectful and that there's no need to feel hurt if you don't get what you want.

Cant you give me something good to read just once ( i did like that video clip from the summer) lest I visit you with a bucket of piranhas. Actually the article was un-readable so if it had point it escaped me.

Are you kept in a cage and lap from a dog bowl and go fuking doolally when you have not been petted for half an hour....Ive always wondered RM

WickedsDesire -> RE: I Changed "Men" to "Black People" in an Everyday Feminism Post, And Here's What Happened. (11/27/2016 8:59:23 AM)

Likewise. I can only get onto this forum, and that only really slowly.

Same here. I've had my best success by clicking on the scroller over on the other side. That takes me into a thread, and then I can navigate to the top of the forum from there. I dropped a note to Support, but no reply. I'm sure they know about it, though, because I've found two different links to P&R, the old one (from my bookmark) and a new one, so they must be working on it.

Lucylastic -> RE: I Changed "Men" to "Black People" in an Everyday Feminism Post, And Here's What Happened. (11/27/2016 10:40:18 AM)

If you use the "Posts Since Last Visit " from the bottom of the home page...http://www.collarchat.com/ You can get to various posts, but nothingelse.
meh,

freedomdwarf1 -> RE: I Changed "Men" to "Black People" in an Everyday Feminism Post, And Here's What Happened. (11/27/2016 11:16:21 AM)

I didn't even know that "Posts Since Last Visit" existed.
In fact, this is the first time ever that I've been to collarchat.com directly.

And am I the only one not suffering from any problems on here??
I can get to everything like I've always been able to, as always.
It does get marginally slower but barely noticable and I usually put that down to running torrents in the background and streaming the BBC News channel.

Lucylastic -> RE: I Changedthis so people could find whats happening on the forum... (11/27/2016 7:16:03 PM)

I changed the title just to let people know in case they could access the POSTS SINCE LAST VISIT, in case they didnt know:)

respectmen -> RE: I Changedthis so people could find whats happening on the forum... (11/28/2016 12:18:57 AM)

I would love to see a feminist/lefty argue their way out of this one.

I haven't seen one yet. That is telling.

Gotta larf [:D]
