Evasiveness in this case: trying to change the subject from their guy being caught in a lie to something they can spin as dishonesty on somebody else's part.
Although, if the rightards are now bleating about the minstrel Dubya's university records, does that mean they've shut up bitching about his birth certificate being a fake? Minds that small probably have trouble multitasking, after all...
