Evidently not as it finishes with -
A spokesman for the MiND hotline admitted that after “further research” of the issue it had concluded that the complaint had been “unjustly assessed”.

He added that when the complaint involved calling for violence against a particular group, the beliefs of the person making the threats should not matter.

It was just ONE case handled by ONE group in the Netherlands.
That's right... just ONE isolated incident.
And, it has been assessed and corrected already as a non-event.
And you want to make a mountain out of a molehill based on it?
Are you really so fucking bored that you have nothing better to do... like breathe??


And it's NOT political - so it's not attributable to left, right, centrist or liberal.

As usual, poor nicky only read the headlines and not the content in full.
According his link it was an anti-discrimination bureau called MiND in the Netherlands.

FURIOUS Dutch MPs have demanded an immediate public inquiry after a government-backed watchdog said it was acceptable for Muslims to send gay people death threats.

In a shocking move, the taxpayer-funded hotline said it would not pursue a criminal complaint over horrific messages from radical Islamists because the Koran says gay people can be killed.

According to Dutch media advisors from the anti-discrimination bureau MiND said that, while homophobic abuse was usually a crime, it was justifiable if you were Muslim due to laws on freedom of religious expression.

They argued that the Koran says it is acceptable to kill people for being homosexual, and so death threats towards gay people from Muslims could not be discriminatory.

It was brought into the light by a member of the public - like most things are.
It was investigated because it was a publicly-funded body.

Nothing was "passed", it was a wrong decision that has been put right.
These things happen all the time in most advice groups.
It's no big deal.
But you're trying to make it one.

And it's NOT a political thing nicky. It really isn't.
There's nothing leftist, rightist, centrist or anything political about it.
There wasn't an outrage by the left, right, or liberals - it was all of them.
So stop trying to attach a political label to it - it was a religious incident, nothing more.
The ONLY reason it made any sort of news was because the politicians made a noise about it.

Your "if" scenario is nothing but pure speculation and projection on your part.
Hence.... no outrage or even a hint of one coz it didn't happen.
As usual with all your posts - grasping at straws and strawmen.


Try finding some real news for a change.
