Instead they will just gather in their little pseudo-intellectual sociology classes and come up with ever more bizarre "proofs" of systemic, structural oppression by white men.
(and opportunistic, white knight, cuck white males will lap it up - because they think it will get them laid - and sanctimonious, obnoxious little white twats will continue to spew their nonsense, because they've never been taught how to value themselves, or even to know what an actual value is, so - because nature abhors a vacuum - cultural marxism fills the voids where their brains were [because they were so 'open-minded' it seems to have fallen out]).

I can't understand it because it's completely nonsense. The fact that Marx was a white man has nothing to do with anything. Again: concepts are concepts. I'm sure there was some guy, in Africa, before any white man even knew Africa existed, who told all of his neighbors that it would be a great idea of the government owned all of the farms and the workshops... and that everyone just took whatever they needed. That guy was a Marxist... even though he was black. Why? Because the concept is the concept - regardless of who came up with it, when, on which continent, or what his skin color is, etc.
Black people in Africa used bows and arrows, just like white people in Europe did... and without ever coming into contact with each other. How did that happen - if concepts are either "white concepts" or "black concepts"?
All you're trying to do is escape having to deal with the actual point: and that is that there is absolutely no excuse for any person, in America, today, to say that they have any less rights or opportunities than white males do. If non-white males have problems, it's their fault - not white males'. Period.

Because to acknowledge it continues to exist means u'd have to deal with the fact that if the person in HR isnt anyone other than a white male, u got ur job in part because of what & who u are rather than solely what u know.... well deal with it....
