While I don't like the word "hate", since we started there, I guess it's okay if I go there.

I will just give just a few of the many reason I had no hope for change when Dumbo Ears took office:

1) His twenty-year tenure in a "God damn America!" "church", run by a former member of the Black Muslims, which was ended only when remaining would have been political suicide.

2) His love/defense of Islamic terrorists

3) His hatred for Christians

4) His hatred for the Constitution

5) His hatred for Police

6) His love for race baiting

7) His hatred for the rule of law

8) His smug disdain towards people, whenever he was caught out in a lie

9) His eight years, spent blaming his predecessor for his ineffectiveness and fecklessness

10) Elections have consequences

This is, by no means, a complete list, but it's a good start.

At least six of those apply to his predecessor: George II raised 4, 7, 8 and 9 in particular to a level Obama couldn't compete with and even the cockwomble may have have trouble matching. He put in a good showing on 2 as well, and as for 10 George II's election definitely had more consequences than Obama's, who spent eight years being fillibustered and having the government shut down in a tantrum whenever he tried to pass a budget, and whose "legacy" legislation (the ACA/Romneycare) will doubtless be repealed before his successor's first year in office is over.
The other four are heavily mediated talking points rather than anything that can be demonstrated as a fact, so hb's reference to Fox and paranoia doesn't seem entirely unreasonable given that.

You did avoid the Kenyan thing at least, though, so that's something. You'd still be lucky to 2.5 from an Olympic judge, though.

Your contention about "4,7,8, and 9 in particular ..." is purely subjective, but I'd be willing to match the amount of unconstitutional E.O.s and challenge you to show one time King George II pointed his finger at Clinton "cooking the books" and basically causing the Enron scandal that almost literally blew up in W's face upon entry into the oval office. Bush rolled up his sleeves and said: "We have troubles. Let's get at 'em!"

As for your placing No.2 at W's feet, I can only ask: "Are you serious? I mean, you're joking, right?"

As far as 10 goes: I was quoting Dumbo Ears (mostly in regards to how badly he fucked up the handling of the health care situation in this country)

George II sneaked members of the Saudi royal family out of the 'States following the al-queda urban renewal project in New York, provided the jihadists with the best advert they've had since the six day war by invading Iraq, arrested and reversed the swing away from theocracy that had been playing out in Iran over the last decade of the twentieth century and was largely responsible for the formation of daesh, so yes, he was a much better friend to islamic terrorists than Obama.

Your assertion that your own subjective points are less subjective than anybody else's subjective points is utterly pathetic, btw, but I probably shouldn't expect anything better from you. Obama certainly can't match the number of unconstitutional EO's Cheney's monkey signed into law unless he passes four during the next month, and I'd be interested to see your working out on how the Patriot Act and the establishment of a detention camp in Cuba to hold untried prisoners is more constitutional than the ACA.

As for Obama blaming George II more than George II blamed Clinton: pull the other one, it's got bells on. Cheney's monkey blamed Clinton for everything from failures of negotiation with North Korea to job losses and the twin towers getting knocked over (which he also claimed Reagan and Carter had a hand in taking the blame for, to be fair).

Never mind the Olympics, you've gone all Eurovision: nul points.
