There's the underlying problem . Sexism from feminism remains unchecked.

quote:

You are actually helping the feminist cause, with your rabid anger.

Yes, pointing out the sexism from feminism makes the man in the wrong.

Very true. I get more and more feminist the more rm posts I read.

Considering that you're ugly as a pig that got hit by a car, you should reach at any opportunity you can get to receive brownie points from the opposite sex.

Diffident -> RE: Manthreading, mansplaining, manflu - man I'm sick of this misandrist nonsense (12/20/2016 5:43:54 PM)

In that case I suppose that I should be thankful that you are here to encourage me to be more feminist in my thinking. :)

Wayward5oul -> RE: Manthreading, mansplaining, manflu - man I'm sick of this misandrist nonsense (12/20/2016 5:56:44 PM)

Yep. Even more reason to explore my inner feminist...

It's true, isn't it? I've seen people here who I'm *sure* wouldn't ordinarily give an oscillating rat's arse about feminism specifically zeroing in on one of RM's threads to defend feminism with the utmost vigour - I mean, people who are quite Tory in most ways, or are in general pretty apathetic about anything political of any kind.

It's interesting, really. You get certain people who are so impressively charismatic that they'll convince people of their view on a given subject without really trying. Contrastingly, if RM were to start a thread here about, say, how it's wrong to torture and kill kittens, loads of people would overnight become convinced that torturing and killing kittens is the way forward to a happy and harmonious world.

Underneath it all, the points that he's making are true and people's repulsion to him really just proves the points he's making.

No. People's repulsion to him just proves that he's repulsive. I have admitted in some of his threads that there were valid points. But he taints anything that he posts.

No.

Reactions stem from a variety of factors, including (but not limited to) annoyance with trolling, impatience with whining, a certain fascination with train wrecks, and plain old boredom. There's also an undercurrent of "Seriously, dude, do you know any history at all?"

My own reaction is also colored by the medical misadventures of the past few years. Since January 2013, I've logged 15 or so hospital stays, ranging from overnight to ten weeks. In that time, I've seen both patients and families respond with grit and grace and courage to nightmares I can't imagine enduring. I've watched people who've lost limbs struggle to function again. I've heard visitors debate whether it was time to withdraw a loved one's feeding tube. (I quietly left the lounge once I realized what they were discussing.) I've listened as ER patients wailed in agony. I've sat in waiting rooms with a kid spending his birthday taking his grandmother to radiation and a man wondering how long his wife his had left now that the tumors had spread from her lungs to her brain. I've ached as the devoted spouse of an ICU roommate struggled to persuade her husband, his mind battered by electroshock therapy years earlier, understand the need to consent to a minor surgical procedure. I've shared my story with newly diagnosed cancer patients who fear leaving young kids without a dad.

Against that backdrop, RM's endless bids to cast himself as a victim and an object of pity are--well, let's just say a bit much.

Edited for chemo-brain errors.

Ok yes that i can understand. I do think his whining is ridiculous sometimes when compared to what's going on in the world.

Nick, you remind me of this guy
'Meninist' who slammed women for having periods starts GoFundMe page called 'Stop the Blob'
Ryan Williams, 19, has dubbed tampons a luxury item because "it's all about self-control"

A teenage 'meninist' who sparked fury after telling women to just "control their bladders" in a row over the tampon tax has gone one step further - starting a GoFundMe page called "Stop the Blob".

Ryan Williams decided this week to air his bizarre views on the female anatomy and feminine hygiene products by saying on social media that tampons are a "luxury item" and if a woman "cannot hold in her period until she gets to a toilet" then it is their fault.

The 19-year-old photography student launched the rant on social media as he began campaigning against the Tampon Tax.

Ryan has now launched a GoFundMe page entitled 'Stop the Blob', from which he hopes to raise £1,000 to fund biology lessons after he was ridiculed upon airing his questionable views.

It reads: "Help enable me, a young adult politics expert and Brexit campaigner be able to afford to have Biology lessons.

"The money raised will be used to pay for lessons, however many is needed to be able to explain to understand more about womens periods, why they get so aggressive and why they're so lazy as to hold their bladder.

"Any recommendations of teachers in London are appreciated. Thanks, Ryan."

He's also claimed on Twitter that after being castrated as a puppy his "Toy Poodle" was able to stop periods.

He then added: "If your bladder is too weak... which clearly it is for most of you, then see a doctor and have the same procedure."
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/meninist-who-slammed-women-having-9071343

Also from his twitter....He wrote on Twitter:

"I saw a post about ending tampon tax and I was so annoyed I had to have my say.People are saying tampons shouldn't be taxed because they are a necessity but why can't those women just learn to control their bladders? If they are going to bleed then they should wait until they get to the toilet. It's all about self-control. If you can't control your bladder then that's not the taxpayers' problem. I don't urinate everywhere and expect free nappies. If you make tampons free where do you draw the line? They'll be going about petitioning for toilet roll to be free next. I think women who want an end on tampon tax are just cheapskates."

What you idiots need to understand is that everything you criticise me for is what feminists exactly do.

Can you just stop being hypocrites for once?

Whatever feminists are entitled to, so am I. If you have a problem with that, you obviously have a problem with equality.

If men did the same type of thing towards women or if anyone did the same type of thing towards blacks, muslims, there would be outrage everywhere over it.

Feminists (and the leftists who support them) just don't realise how incredibly fucking sexist they truly are.

So much for "male privilege" as the only time bigotry is acceptable is when it's directed at men as a gender and/or white men as a demographic.

Oh, this is so true. Mansplaining, how disgusting. I've actually never heard of manthreading or maflu, but there's a first time for everything, especially if it feeds into manbitching, like man, you're really good at.

Like mandible, or manipulation, or man o' war, or when one of my ex-girlfriends wanted to play with my maniple, or the word 'mansion,' it's all just feminists making fun of us the whole time, because they write the dictionaries, because they got female privilege to do that, even though females hate men. Actually, just losers like you, but we'll sidestep that one for the moment.

On the other hand, we need to take note of the fact that feminism has creeped its way into the language. Like femoral artery. Why should men have to call some major part of their anatomy by a female name? Or the femur bone; shouldn't that be called the manur bone?

Although at least half the words in English should begin with the prefix 'man' (mancar, manbike, mansaw, etc.), feminists only do that to make fun of us, so we have every right to manbitch at them even if they use the 'man' prefix like our language is supposed to. Just because.

And we know that none of them is anything but hypocrite, because if they weren't, at least one of them would have the nick respectfem by now. Which that glaring absence alone shows what hypocrites they are. Which proves I am right, even if I have no idea in the world what I just said, even though I feel better now.
