1) There is no such things as a slave license. If a Mistress tells you you need to buy one, simply move on to a Mistress who is real and not a scammer.
2) There are Dungeon's. Some turn their basements or attics are spare bedrooms into a dungeon. A more proficient Mistress will have a space with nice equipment.
3) Some require up front payments. My advice is do not pay up front unless you know the person or know she is real. There are plenty who accept payment when you first meet.
4) How much do they charge is highly variable. Though typically it will be $100/hour to $350/hour range depending on where (big city) there are located or how much equipment they have. If you are a repeat customer, typically you will get some kind of discount.

A well established Pro Domme will tyically ask about you medical history. If not you should mention your Crohns. She just needs to know any do's or dont's related to your condition. But she will still play and make sure you are safe.
