At the age of twenty one it can be difficult to determine if a male is more a slave to his own sexual biochemistry and senses than to anyone he may declare undying obedience to. Combine this with society's predilection for shallow self indulgence and it is easy to see why young males are difficult to trust as self-actualized and learned in their supposed calling for servitude. Having sought a male slave for my pet, it has struck me as either sad or laughable how many young ones don the paper masks with the earnest belief they know what they are flirting with, but so seldom do they ever have a part.
This is why I have so often emphatically challenged the "supply and demand" idea bruited about by a number of Dominas, among whom it is thought submissive males are in abundance. It has always been my contention that, while interest in the stage play is popular, truly servile males are not.
Experience has lead me to understand that with the trials of age come certain epifanies—insights into one's own character and motive. With the older human such milestones have been passed, putting in their possession better theory and personal understanding.
My pet wanted a younger boy (one under her age) for what I suspect are obvious immediate reasons, but likewise desired one who knew what slavery truly entailed. It took sometime to find the correct candidate; we had to shovel through a lot of dirt before finding him. Had she increased the acceptable gamut of age range to forty, she would of had far more likely candidates, and this is the reality one must face when holding out for both youth and an ideal disposition combined; it will take much more time and patience.
