The use of a similar hand jive to mock Ted Cruz as the creature from the black latrine used to mock the disabled stringer does suggest a possibility that the apologists aren't considering: it's as likely that the shitgibbon was implying Cruz is a spacker as he was empowering the disabled journalist by ridiculing him in the same way as able bodied hacks. It isn't like calling people mentally disabled isn't a popular diss in the 'States, after all.
