I often send helen to bed around 11:30 but it is somewhat flexable unless I think she is particularly tired. That is of course when we are apart, when she is with me she goes to bed when *I* decide we are going and I have ways of sending girls to sleep if they are needing it but wanting to stay awake longer because they are enjoying Masters company [:D]

I don't have a Master or Dom/me but even if I did it would be very hard for me to follow a bedtime since I'm a shift worker. I do admit the idea does intrest me. I never had a set bedtime as a kid (ya I was one of THOSE kids *s* I have five older siblings as long as we were out of site my parents were grateful lol)  I'm also not very good with routine but it would be something I would experiment with. Rob and I talked about it a bit but it's to labor intensive for him *s* That would mean he would have to come up with rules and that's not him.

For me it depends - If I am with Him then it is when He chooses we sleep, if I am alone then i choose my bedtime unless he decides otherwise - I tend to be somewhat an insomniac and it also depends on my shift, I get to stay up later if I am not in till midday the next day and in general I am 100% awful at mornings no matter if I sleep at 9pm or 4am!

LOL I probably need someone to set a bedtime for me as I tend to be a night owl then have a heck of a time getting up for work. Mornings are just pure evil.

I did at one time have someone that established a bed time for me and it actually worked pretty well.

never had a time when to go to bed, working on a novel tends to give me late night sometimes...but have been told when to wake up in the morning, no matter what kind of sleep i have had.....

its tricky for me to have a set bedtime, as i do shiftwork, & my shifts can be all over the day, i dont think a lot of people work a bog standard 9-5 job now adays any how, especially my line of work requires 24hour cover (though im not usually awake for 24hours, LOL) it can be difficult for me to have an 11pm bed time if im doing a waking night, LOL, even if i do go to bed at 930am after a night, im usually WIDE awake by midday, especially during high summer-summer is evil for sleeping during the day. but suffice to say, Mistress has not set me a bed time as such-just as long as i get enough rest (some hope there, then, LOL)

i used to have a bed time, well not a time but a definate amount of sleep i needed to have.  The rule was 71/2 hours of sleep.  It never changed and i deviated from it once and never did that again!! 
 
The results were NOT fun.

I don't have a "specific" bedtime, but we He and I are together, I go to bed with Him... usually it's a "time for bed," and I scramble from what I am doing and hop in with him...  sometimes, I am the sleepy one and He just lets me sleep when I need to.  When I am *not* with him... ick... I go to bed when I get tired.  He has, on occasion, said via IM (when we are not together) "time for us to go to bed," and I sign off (with permission) and head to bed when He does.  Funny how it's just so natural to do that, no matter what the setting.

I don't know how well it would work, for either of us, to have a 'set' bedtime... I think He would break the rule much more often than I would, and then it would become tedious to try to maintain.  We like board games and late movies too much for that!  :)

I go to bed with my Joe. If he is gone then I go to bed when I want to and sleep on his side of the bed.

I've never had a set bedtime mainly because my schedule always varied, but he would say when we were apart it's time for you to go to bed now and when we were together we'd go to be together most of the time unless I asked to go to bed first

alayna gets up at 0445 and used to go to bed around 8:30pm.  Now, slave stays up talking with Master and He decides when slave goes to bed, unless alayna should request to go earlier, which sometimes happens.  slave will often take naps after work to make it easier to stay up with Master.  Sometimes He may allow slave to stay awake in bed and read but gives a time when that activity is to stop.

Current bedtime set by Master is asleep by 1 am, awake by 9 am... While I am job-hunting. Once I get a job, that will change according to my work schedule. He lives in the barracks in a nearby city so I don't ever get to go to bed with Him. Maybe that will change when He is out of service but until then... -sighs-

i  have never really had a specific bedtime but in the past when my Master ordered me to bed i did as i was told.

At some point in my life taking long, hot baths, taking naps, and having a set bedtime were terrible things to have to suffer with. These days those are things I seem to cherish - funny how that happens.

I usually go to bed shortly after the nurses inject me with the sleeping medication for the night.

have had Dom's over the years who had given me bed times, they usualy give up pretty quickly cause I do go to bed, but they never say I have to stay there lol. seriosly though I have had a bed time  but I tended to roll around toss and turn so much that  he finaly took it back.  curently when I am with  my curent SO  ( cant say Dom yet) I go to bed when he does  and lay with him till he goes to sleep then I am up again.  he is alright with this because he  works days and iw ork nights  and he understands how hard it is to change that on the weekends. he acutaly got me a cool new video game to keep me occupied while he is asleep.

my bedtime depends on my work schedule although now that I'm working more regular hours (no more 7am starts thank the PTB!!!) it's dictated by the activites of the following day more than anything else.

Master has sent me to bed or told me what time I was to be online in the morning on occasion but *blushes and smiles* I rather enjoy that.

I enjoy bedtime when I'm with him even more... usually Master, his wife, and I stay up and watch a movie or work on projects and turn in about the same time... *smiles at the memory*  I love sleeping in the big bed...

sometimes I sleep on the floor at the foot of their bed and sometimes in my room... but anyplace that is near him is wonderful.

Best part of the show... I sometimes try to watch it all.. but damn commercials are so long sometimes.... I fall asleep before he gets to first guest....LOL

No I do not have bed time.. My former Master wouldn't be able to get to sleep unless I was laying there with him. All he needed to know was I am there.... after he would go to sleep... I usually would continue to read my book.. or go work on one of my projects.

Now with my last Master.. we drove cross country 18's ... so we both slept when we could. Was always nice when we got somewhere and had to wait a day to load... that ment finally getting to sleep together. (Yep found out what makes kids that way too...LOL)

So i've about learned... no bedtime.... but sense back surgery.. I can't lay in bed not sleeping. It actually makes my back hurt more. So I go to bed to sleep ... other than that... I stay outta bed...LOL
