I have started an online sub/domme relationship with a wonderful domme who lives in another country. She punishes me with online tasks such as line writing, typing and maths problems and it's great as it is what I am into.

I introduced another friend of mine to this lady; they live close to each other and she now has my friend as a domestic service slave cleaning etc. (which is what she is into).

However, recently the domme has started to punish my friend with the crop and cane for my mistakes!

I am really struggling with this. Last time it happened I had been working hard in a live shared file in google drive. I'd made a number of small mistakes. The domme calculated exactly how many strokes she would get based on what she had said at the beginning. She then signed off with 'Get on with your work, I'm going to punish your friend for your mistakes right now, you should see her face'

This is a total 'mind fuck' for me, my friend is not a masochist and she says that the domme lays on the strokes really hard! She even made her cry last time it happened.

I wonder what other people's views are on this?

I would say it's something for you, your Domme and her other sub to sort out between yourselves.

If your friend didn't sign up for taking your punishments, she should say so.

Part of this is between the Domme and your friend. If your friend didn't agree to this dynamic, then she needs to end it. But, it's their discussion - not yours.

Then, if your friend has agreed to the dynamic and you're still uncomfortable, you need to have a discussion with the Domme about your dynamic.

While I can fully understand the mind-fuck the Domme may be employing, and it's a good one, the problem is with consent, and there isn't any on your part or the part of your friend ... your friend needs to address this face to face, and hit the road if it is not addressed properly by the dominant. There isn't much you can do in an online setting but quit the game if things don't change.
