Donald Trump hasn’t solved any of his conflicts of interest

He could have. He chose not to.

Well.... you can't blame the gibbon for playing the system can you.
Just like he did with his tax payments.

He'll hand over the reigns of his empire to his kids temporarily but won't give it up entirely.
He'd be an utter fool to do that.
At the very best, he'll have 8 years at the helm.
After that, he'll have to give it up.
Soo.... he'll want to have something to fall back on when that happens.
He'll step out of the whitehouse and straight back into his empire.

Even if, with all the shenanigans, he is forced to resign his empire completely, you can bet your boots that there will a clause in there that allows him to walk straight back in after his term as president.

In the past, presidents at least pretended to have the country's good at heart.

This is just "I have power now and I'll take what I want."
