You are absolutely right rm. Based on what little information we have from this story, this is insane. Did you read the comments? A lot of people were against it. I especially appreciated these from the comments section:

Rather than just sitting out, you should speak out. Men who object to this policy will be ridiculed as trying to maintain their privilege, but women can have an impact.

Mark Soyer I will be speaking out on this, I stopped going to our local Take Back the Night marches because they barred men from walking along side the women.
Discrimination, no matter where it's directed, is wrong.
I'm just not sure I will be able to bring myself to cast a ballot. Maybe I will write in one of the men being discriminated against.
