A former Apprentice contestant who accuses US President-elect Donald Trump of sexual assault has filed a defamation lawsuit against him.

Summer Zervos, who alleges Mr Trump forced himself on her in 2007, said he lied to the nation about his behaviour.

The lawsuit, which Ms Zervos announced at a news conference, alleges Mr Trump is a "liar and misogynist" who "debased and denigrated" her.
The news came just three days before Mr Trump is sworn in as president.

"Since Mr Trump has not issued a retraction, as I requested, he has therefore left me with no alternative but to sue him in order to vindicate my reputation," Ms Zervos told journalists in Los Angeles.
She was joined by her lawyer, Gloria Allred, a Democratic party activist, who said the plaintiff's allegations had passed a lie detector test.

Where the fuck was she in 2007 when the DNA evidence was all over her ? Right now she can't even prove they fucked unless she had a kid by him, or possibly a videotape.

She had almost ten years to sue, so logically she waits until AFTER, not before he is elected President ?

She was in a show, trying to win...you dont win by complaining about the boss and star.
He has already admitted ON TAPE that he gropes women.

Trump said publicly that all of the women alleging him of assault were lying. He said that the accusations are “all 100 percent, totally and completely fabricated,” and “in just about all cases, nonsense.”

At a rally in Pennsylvania later in October, Trump further said, “All of these liars will be sued after the election is over,” reported CNN.

Allred said that she and Zervos had “no present intent” to bring a lawsuit against the president-elect. She noted, however, “If in fact he sues the women then it will be my recommendation that they consider filing a lawsuit against him for defamation… a president can be sued for actions or statements made prior to his becoming president of the United States.” Nov 2016

Well, I dunno. Trump said that the accusations were motivated by fame, money or politics, and what do we have here? She doesn't just sue, she calls a fucking news conference! And for the cherry on top, her attorney is a Democrat Party activist. That's two out of three. Additionally...

Following her allegations, the Trump campaign released a statement from someone it identified as Ms Zervos' first cousin. John Barry wrote that he was "shocked and bewildered" by her allegations, insisting Ms Zervos had only previously said "glowing" things about Mr Trump.

The smell is strong with this one.

Yeah Im sceptical because there are certainly bitches out there who want to destroy men, using "sexual" means.
They disgust me as much as the men who get away with it, and thats just as possible.

The double standard and lack of even the slightest possibility of him being guilty coming out from the good ol boys club is typical, and exactly why so many victims keep quiet....reporting it to the police is bad enough, to go to court and face your attacker is harder. To have it in the news? yeah fuck that for a game...or a payout or payback.

The main reason why I still call bullshit on alot of these is.

IF Trump seriously spent his life groping alot of women.

It wouldn't have to wait until he is President for him to get into some kind of trouble.

His reputation is big enough for some woman to wanna kick a stink.

And on top of this, he is super rich, and while there may be genuine victims, they would also fall prey into women who just wants to be paid off for them to save their reputations. Which you know what? I don't feel sorry for these guys about that. Paying off makes both party look guilty anyway.

I just find it incredible that, if he was so disrespectful of women, him, with his attitude could survive until today.

Bill Cosby, I get, because he was such a likable guy with a good reputation. And nobody would believe the women.

But Trump has always had a bad reputation and would have been damn easy target.

Men have been doing this for years - in power, famous....worst offender I know Jimmy Savile, Rolf Harris (think cosby but worse) - and only recently they caught up with those two animals, amongst others. Over the recent years, in the UK, there has been a spate of investigations into Celebrities, Politicians, the rich, and the findings were usually abysmal to absolutely horrific.

She passed a lie detector - will/would he - about anything now I mull that over.

Allegations of course. But you, again, have to look at the timing of all these allegations. Cynics can think he is being positioned for impeachment before he launches through twitter. Though I am not sure how this would work when he is in office re these allegations, or if possible.
