Without the Canadians, Britain had no staging post.
The Mexicans have this great big country, and most of the American southwest which they've been filling with sleeper agents for the last half century.

You are aware, are you not, that the troops who attacked DC came straight over from the Napoleonic wars which, BTW, were not fought in Canada.
Why don't you just admit it was a bad (and stupid) joke and let it go.

No, he aint and neither are you, you see, the napolionic wars were still going on, troops are not in 2 places at once even with satellites and chinese chips and 400+ tanks the senate forces down the military's throat.

https://history.state.gov/milestones/1801-1829/napoleonic-wars

Canada was holding its own against our invasions with the help of British troops and GODDAMN SURE resupplied the British Fleet, who if you think about it was all over the globe, how else might they impress our citizenry, and enforce embargos? Can I get a DUUUUUUUUUUUH?

http://www.thecanadianencyclopedia.ca/en/article/war-of-1812/

You would not know that being a cook in MI5 and getting RIFfed as you did, welfare patient.

Admit you are a fucking joke and let yourself go, since it shows so badly anyhow.

It's amazing the thread jumped from the Mexican/US Presidents' dispute to the Napoleonic Wars in just one page.

Remember the Alamo!

Except the Mexicans won that one.

It's not my problem if you people have now started picking fights you can't win with nations you share a border with rather than saving it for south east Asia or the Persian gulf.

It is your problem that you hate America so much that you live in a fantasy of anyone you pull out of a hat being able to destroy us. An we didn't pick a fight, illegals are a serious problem with, by your proclamation Mexico has been sending "sleepers" here to destroy us for decades. It is, by your assessment, long past time we not only built a wall, but destroyed everything on the other side of it.

America had nothing to do with the Alamo or San Jacinto: Texas was an independent country back then.

Another feeble attempt to make a point. Actually Texas was part of Mexico until the treaty signed after San Jacinto, don't you know anything?
And Texas almost immediately applied to join the US. The majority (but by no means all) of the Tejanos (what Texans were called at the time) were Americans who the Mexican government had enticed with the promise of free land.

Texas had already existed for several centuries as a French and Spanish colony before it was annexed by Mexico. That's what the war/revolution, which ended with the battle of San Jacinto was about.

Wrong again. The war was about Santa Ana revoking the Constitution of 1826 and making himself dictator.. Until he did that the Americans who had settled there were content to live as Mexican citizens. You are clearly unaware that two other Mexican states in central Mexico revolted (but failed) at the same time, and I assure you that had nothing to do with who's colony they had been. That is part of the reason it took Santa Ana several months to get to Texas. They don't teach the history of the new world very well over there do they?

You also seem to be unaware that even after the revoking of the constitution Texas tried to negotiate with Santa Ana until Stephen Austen was imprisoned for trying to negotiate. That was the last straw. You do know that when Texas was a Spanish colony it was part of Mexico, or do you?

Bottom line is that if you really believe that Mexico is actively infiltrating the U S with sleeper agents to attack us as you have implied you either want to see the US brought down making all of your advice like listening to advice from Jeff Davis during the Civil War or you agree that we need to crack down on illegals.

Wrong again. The Texans whenever they didnt like a law tried to secede, too bad they were all such useless articles when it came to fighting, they got the shit kicked out of them in every case, and only got their independence when the US took them. Then they were back to the same sorry lot they were, and got the shit kicked out of them by the US. Now, they are one of the many US nutsucker welfare states.

The Texas fight with Mexico was a lot like the Ukraine. Many non-Mexicans in there (read US), just like a large influx of Russians moved into the Ukraine to take it over in the 70s on.
