you might buy back the lease but then you will toss out all the residents that dont confirm to your tiny frame of reference, and then get fed up playing monopoly with them and let the building deteriorate until its full of rats and cockroaches.
I get it, you got money invested, you love what he has "done" this week.
But like most ignorant bosses, he will leave the heavy work to the poor slobs having to deal with reality of law suits, corruption, the death of truth, censorship ad nauseam...Im sure that doesnt bother you as long as your bottom line is happy

No....thank you though....I own dirt. Actually...he scares me but....I know what it takes to save a cmpany.

(My dirt is unaffected).

And....for the record....my dirt makes people (by virtue of what I bring to the table)......LOVE paying me because....I make that dirt dance.
