Surprisingly, the Luftwaffe base in Klotzsche eight kilometers from the city was not hit by a single bomb.

But then I can't believe a BDSM message board has managed 83 pages of this. There was a Holocaust. Huge numbers of Jews and died along with other people the Nazis felt were not worthy human beings. It was one of the most significant events of the twentieth century with consequences that are still affecting the world now. Trying to deny or minimise the significance of such horrific events by questioning variations between different accounts of death tolls is poor history and driven by dubious motivations. Nuff said. I'm with WhoreMods and the Pingu pic. I love that penguin but I never entirely understand him. The whole point of right leaning historians fiddling evidence and lying to inflate the civilian death toll at Dresden is to to try to make the systematic execution of civilians that was going on in the concentration camps look a bit less reprehensible by comparison after all. longwayhome, maybe we could just post a pingu picture instead of responding to conspiracy boy's blather whenever he starts in on this from now on?
