Don't think that at all. I DO, however, think that thinking things through gets better results than partisan reactions. It's a global world. And no amount of denial and circling the wagons is going to change that. We can work with reality . . . or we can struggle against the consequences.

If you want to have meaningful conversations with me, you'll need data, analysis, facts, fresh perspectives, not zingers, snark, and striving to get the better of posters -- that's what puts you in that group. I love seeing the world from new ways well-supported. But "nuh-un" and "well what if" and "you're not a policy expert so there I'm right even though I don't know shit about it" isn't going to rise to a discussable level. Hence the shit show we're mostly reading here. Leave me out of it. Just click Hide. There you go. No horses at all.

tamaka, when I first joined 2-3 yrs ago, this guy was one of the very first people to play the obnoxious pompous ass. (I suspect you wouldn't have too much of a problem picking out the 2nd and 3rd). he was going on about some logical fallacy that apparently I had committed. I didn't even know what I had recently posted, or what part of what I had posted, to which he was referring. when I said as much, he took great delight in gloating "I know." despite multiple attempts to get him to clarify the communication, there was only a doubling-down. my first experience with him notwithstanding, when you talk about him being on a "high horse," you are rightfully nailing him.

I have a few names of people i discussed my thoughts with who thought i was a bit crazy at the time. One being my ex- Master who was so concerned he called my Yoga Master to share some of the things i saw. I also told my parents. Everyone was thinking i was losing it except my yoga master who told my real maste that anything was possible. 5 years later, the headlines and news stories are right along the lines of my thoughts and what i actually 'saw' five years ago... and yes it was not just thinking about it but actually seeing it. My ex- Master and my dad who both thought i was a bit nuts back then give me a new found respect today. Call it a gift i guess. I figured if i could do it, everybody could. But evidently not.

I understand he is limited in his abilities to sense, perceive and judge anything outside of the box presented to him. Unfortunately, this is the kind of 'Intellectual ability' our tax dollars are wasting on educating our students. Pathetically limited and sad... and the saddest part us they actually think they are intellectually and morally superior. They are not. At all.
