Can't attest to it but it does seem to have some of the details you just don't make up. Like "and then at 8:35 P.M. ..." n shit like that. If you're lying, the less detail you give the better.
Someone said "I hope justice is served", well maybe it has. Maybe he was a real SOB. Back when I lived in the hood, well kinda, it was better and all us neighbors knew each other... I met a guy across the street, a convicted felon but ow working and all that. He went to prisone for attempted murder on his stepfather.
He had the olady under control. Took all her money and started selling her shit. He AND his brother tried to kill the SOB but somehow failed. And the fact is these kids didn't really have problems until this asshole came and enslaved their Mother.
I tried to get a date of birth on the guy but the internet was not forthcoming. Looking at what I THINK is a photo I guess forties or fifties. Still well capable of abuse.
The KKK is of course not what it once was. Also, the guy probably was abusing the shit out of them. I would wonder, if I really wanted to gamble for jury nullification and just say "We had to kill him because he was killing us" and then of course explain that position, they can try you for any degree of murder or manslaughter but a jury can still rule it a justifiable homicide.
If he was abusing them bad then yes, let them go. People have to survive, tell the judge to live with someone who wants to kill him except for his widow's check from Ford Motors pension plan. (my buddy in the hood). Tell the judge to live with someone who beats them and their kids every fucking day. Tell the judge just to give up their paycheck to this same abusive asshole and let him sell your family home, cars and antiques. Sit on THIS side of the bench, Your Honor.
I am not proud of the fact that I know how nasty and mean an abusive person can be. I fully understand the need to kill some of them. Some. But this is a far cry from "Wait till your Father gets home", which today might be considered a terrorist act.
