No idea. The shelters for local government officials and other such sorts tend to be hidden under public buildings (I'd suspect there's something under the medical school in Glasgow) so when you start getting a bit more rustic, you're shit out of luck. There'll be a list for what's hidden under Glasgow online somewhere, I'm sure. Or you could ask Grant Morrison: he'll know.

It's in Domain, the second sequel to the Rats. That involves London being nuked, and the rats proving quite resistant to radioactivity. There's a chapter in it dealing with some chap in the home counties who finds a stray cat in his bunker, with hilarious consequences.
