I guess it will be as you might expect, through the pennies on the dollar in fed taxes Exxon will pay, unless of course they get to stay offshore too. You know the drill.
I'd like to know how it is anybody could possibly not see how these people in power and particularly on the right of today, flat out don't give a fuck about war and deaths and creating even more terrorists. All they care about is the profits, power and hegemony it yields.
Part of why the right won't vet these appts. and don't give a fuck about Trump, his Russian connections and Putin while Putin plays him for four years.
If they are putting the force together for the government it isn't a private army.
As I wrote, Blackwater was subject to Iraqi law and the Bush admin. and Blackwater tried to cover it up and also tried to get the guilty men out of Iraq to escape prosecution. It was the public and press pressure that got a trial or...they get away with killing 17 unarmed Iraqi civilians.
And just like the crimes Hillary's brother committed have no bearing on her, DeVoe's brothers actions have no bearing to her and most assuredly none to Trump.
Prince may be head of Blackwater today, was he over a decade ago when that happened.
How does your dislike of Blackwater make a government funded force a "private " army?
It doesn't.
A cabinet officer with a brother who is a corporate CEO of a mercenary army hired by the US does matter and I know of no capital crimes committed by HRC's brother. And unlike [him] Blackwater being a US contractor should be under the control of the exec, branch but instead were given virtual free reign in Iraq for which the US and its credibility, took a huge hit for their crimes.
Prince founded Blackwater and sold the company in 2009. Under its new ownership, the company was twice renamed, first as XE, and later as Academi.
And Blackwater can be defined as private not only by its private origination but also not being subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ)
Furthermore, he's America's most notorious mercenary, is (as we speak) lurking in the shadows of the incoming Trump administration. A former senior U.S. official who has advised the Trump transition told The Intercept that Prince has been advising the team on matters related to intelligence and defense, including weighing in on candidates for the Defense and State departments. The official asked not to be identified because of a transition policy prohibiting discussion of confidential deliberations.
On election night, Prince’s latest wife, Stacy DeLuke, posted pictures from inside Trump’s campaign headquarters as Donald Trump and Mike Pence watched the returns come in, including a close shot of Pence and Trump with their families. “We know some people who worked closely with [Trump] on his campaign,” DeLuke wrote. “Waiting for the numbers to come in last night. It was well worth the wait!!!! #PresidentTrump2016.” Prince’s sister, billionaire Betsy DeVos, is Trump’s nominee for education secretary and Prince (and his mother) gave large sums of money to a Trump Super PAC.
In July, Prince told Trump’s senior adviser and white supremacist Steve Bannon, at the time head of Breitbart News, that the Trump administration should recreate a version of the Phoenix Program, the CIA assassination ring that operated during the Vietnam War, to fight ISIS. Such a program, Prince said, could kill or capture “the funders of Islamic terror and that would even be the wealthy radical Islamist billionaires funding it from the Middle East, and any of the other illicit activities they’re in.”

Erik Prince founder of the private military company Blackwater, financial backer of President Donald Trump, brother to the new Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, and frequent Breitbart radio guest of White House power broker Stephen Bannon has been offering his military expertise to support Chinese government objectives and setting up two Blackwater-style training camps in China, according to sources and his own company statements.
The move could put him at odds with Trump, who has often taken a hard line against China, and could also risk violating US law, which prohibits the export of military services or equipment to China.
