A picture in your profile would help. List something about yourself in your profile that would show why you would be a good master. You do have the age factor against you so you will need to give them something that shows some kind of credibility. Sorry to say that, but it's a fact and I'm not known for my tact or PCness. However, I am very sincere in trying to help.
I know our youth is maturing earlier theses days, but I know I'd have a caution about someone who claims he is a Dom that pubed only 6 years ago.
Seriously, all kidding aside- where you will meet submissives is at munches. Clubs can be a source for women mainly, guys have a rough time.
Do think it through. If you were a sub, what would attract you to you by reading what you have in your profile? Talk yourself up.. treat it like a resume.
Too much bravado will make you seem arrogant; too much humbleness will make you seem weak. Just speak your heart. Tell them what you do know for sure, what you would like to learn and experience. I'm sure that there are other young people looking for a starting point and you can work together. No one is born knowing this stuff.
My Slave had 6 years experience under his belt when he met me. I was starting out. HE knew what to look for and found me ... we learned together... he advised me...not TAUGHT me :)
