A: I am glad you asked this question but I'm afraid that you might not find the answer is what you wanted.

In your case, the unhinged is totally unhinged and has been for a long long time. There is no hope whatsoever of it ever being rehinged successfully. Your case is so severe that I doubt that a radical lobotomy would achieve anything worth talking about.

The sad reality is that, in your particular case, nothing short of a complete brain transplant is likely to generate desirable results and even that would be a high risk endeavour with minimal chances of a successful outcome. So I am afraid that there's nothing available that might alleviate your condition.
