~~US President~~ Comrade alt-snowflake Donald Trump has demanded a make-or-break vote in the House of Representatives on Friday on his troubled healthcare bill.
The American Health Care Act is meant to replace parts of President Barack Obama's signature "Obamacare" law.

A vote on Thursday was delayed because of opposition from some Republicans.
Mr Trump reportedly told fellow Republicans that they had a choice between voting for his bill on Friday or being stuck with Obamacare for good.

The president made the warning during a closed-door meeting at the White House, US media reported.

Looming over all of this is the stark reality that the proposed legislation is woefully unpopular with the public at large - garnering just 17% approval in one recent poll. Conservative interest groups are sharply divided over whether to support the bill or not.

.....and there are as many as some estimates...34 votes still against and even more than last night after a meeting with the Don.

I often forget about the house of Representatives - does every bill go through their first? I dont know

In hindsight, they did call his bluff. It was his "art of the deal" You have to be ready to walk away from a deal. Smart ass, he applied that principle and issued an ultimatum. Apparently ultimatums in the public sector are ineffectual.

Well, Obamacare is on the verge of collapse anyway, it's not sustainable.

So if they don't repeal Obamacare, they can just let it fall and die on it's own.

And then deal with the aftermath.

And the Dimocrats own it lock, stock, and barrel. Even if that piece of shit law had been a good one, I would have voted out ANY representative who voted for it, just to see what's in it.

Yep. Let Obummercare fail (since that's what the Dims seem to want) and then, run on it in '18. I think it's a wonderful idea.

Like all of trumps grandiose plans, fuck all happens in reality.

So, as I posted weeks ago, Obama care hasnt been repealled, and mexico wont pay for the wall.

Thats if the wall even gets built. While i am it it, lets not forget Trump has gone back on his claims re the XL Pipeline as well.

Thats three strikes and the fuckwit is still not out.
