Do not let society tell you who you should be. About the hormone imbalance: You really should talk to an Endocrinologist. Find a good one though. Hormone imbalance can be caused by many things. Thyroid disorder, tumors, to simple poor diet or even sleep apnea. A full blood work up is needed to rule out any tumor markers. From there a few more simple test can generally isolate the root cause. It should also be known that hormone replacement therapy is not always the answer to a hormone imbalance problem. Hormone replacement therapy can make things worse if the root cause is not understood. A personal case in point: I suffered from gynecomastia. A hormone test revealed that I had high estrogen level and low T. Many GP doctors would recommend Testosterone booster which in my case would have made the problem worse. My body was converting the testosterone into estrogen. The real answer in my case was to change my diet and to eat foods that had natural aromatase inhibitors. Aromatase is an enzyme in the body that converts testosterone into estrogen. Six months of changing my diet normalized my hormones. They key point here is to learn the root cause of your hormone imbalance. Some solutions can be rather simple.
