Is it just me or is the new user list frozen now for the last 3 days? Does anyone know why or if these folks even know about it?

They've taken down a lot of features to simplify things but this would be the end of their search engine ..... Why hasn't someone created some legit competition?

I've had the same problem. At least I now know it's not me but CollarSpace itself. I hope it's fixed soon.

I see about a dozen or more new users every day.

Had three new users since my last reply.

So that's three in what.... 17 minutes?

And I usually see a rush of about half a dozen between 9pm and midnight (UK time).

I don't know if it's frozen. I did come across something I didn't know.

Maybe it's because I don't pay attention or because my profile is set in a different state, so I don't have a reason to notice when it showed up. When did the two selection boxes show up at the bottom for the 'Newest Local Users' section? There's two boxes to check for the categories:

Highlight the 'Newest Local Users' button when local users join the site

Send email notifications when local users join the site


If this is new or something you weren't aware of, OP, do you have the boxes checked?

My system has been updating with new users. Never noticed it to quit working. The email thing for me has always hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

I am going to look again as when i put Glasgow Edinburgh london in, the other day, it returned 0 users

Number of them stolen pictures or scammers at least 10 from the 12 of them in the here an now why I never use that bit

So newest users is still working for at least me
