A blatant violation of male reproductive rights. The TV show host and the audience cheer at the decision of tricking the husband.

It's so fucking hypocritical as if a man wanted kids over a woman's will, he would get slammed for it.

You are noise, and nobody cares about what you say.

Lucylastic -> RE: Woman advised to secretly stop taking birth control to trick her husband into having kids (3/25/2017 6:08:46 PM)

She should kick him to the kerb, and find someone who likes her having kids and can handle the responsibility of them, not have another one with a man who has buyers remorse. after 9 months of reality.
If she tricks him...her kid will suffer, dumb cow.
Ive known men like that before...
Leaving women pregnant, cos they just "cant handle the responsibility". BUt they expect their pregnant partners to live with it. and deal with it all on their own.

Let's reword what you just said.

He
should kick her to the kerb, and find someone who likes having kids and can handle the responsibility of them, not have another one with a woman who has buyers remorse.

Is that non sexist? Or is it only sexist when it's against the woman and not man?

WTF... why would anything be different? Yes, if he is with someone he isn't happy with and who hates him on top of that, then he should leave.

Stop trying to force your ridiculous persecution fantasies onto everything.

The woman's friends agreed to violate the man's rights, the TV host agreed to violate the man's rights, the vast majority of the audience agreed to violate the man's rights, yet you people seem to think that it shouldn't be considered a problem at all how all these people have ZERO RESPECT for men's rights in reproduction.

If it was evident that plenty of men showed absolutely no respect for women's rights, you would all be singing a whole different tune.

Utterly disgusting!

WTF does biology have to do with if either parent gets the right to choose if they want kids from their own offspring or not.

This is what I mean, no respect whatsoever for the male's rights. You pretty much flush his rights down the toilet.

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: Woman advised to secretly stop taking birth control to trick her husband into having kids (3/25/2017 7:21:18 PM)

1) It is a TV talk show.
2) The advise and response was pathetic.
3) It is a TV show...

Telling someone to lie and trick their spouse into a lifelong commitment to a living being is deplorable, irresponsible and just plain horrid

I'd be ashamed to even contemplate the option, let alone go on television and voice it. Shameful.

Also, if he is adamantly set on no more children, the responsibility of not fathering a child falls equally upon him. He has the option of getting a vasectomy. Which, I hope he watched the show and has already had the procedure done.

What it boils down to, is she wants what she wants, he doesn't and that means if it can't be resolved there is a huge incompatibility issue.

Seriously, people are selfish, deceptive buggers with no common sense. Who goes on television and says, "hey honey I'm telling millions of viewers that I plan to trick, betray and trap you."

How stupid is that?

respectmen -> RE: Woman advised to secretly stop taking birth control to trick her husband into having kids (3/25/2017 7:40:39 PM)

It doesn't matter if it's on a TV show or not. It's disgusting how so many people will blithely not give one single fuck about the right's of the male.

It's so fucking hypocritical as if a man wanted kids over a woman's will, he would get slammed for it.

Personally, it is the man's responsibility to keep a condom on when having sex IF he doesn't want children.
Relying on oral contraceptive is to me, a stupid man just asking to get a child and pushing blame and being extremely irresponsible for where his sperms goes into!

If ya put a sperm inside a woman! Prepare to be a potential father, Period!

Because oral contraceptive to be fully effective is reliant on a woman to take that pill regularly at specific times everyday. So if she miss a timing, and took it later or earlier, that would make the pill less effective too. It's a dangerous form of birth control. It works, but not 100%.

I never feel sorry for men who is irresponsible and just make it 101% the woman's responsibility to keep his sperm from getting into her. I think they should just man up and take some fucking responsibility for their own actions.

A woman cannot get pregnant IF you didn't donate your sperm inside her. Simple. So if she gets pregnant. The man made it happened! He donated his sperm! Personally and physically put it inside of her!

Women say that they want to be equal to men and have the same rights as we do. But this case makes it blatantly clear that they really dont. The hypocrisy of women is on full display.

Amen to that. Thank you for being rational in this case and I also thank WD.

The rest here seem to think it's no problem at all how all these people don't give a flying fuck about the right's of a male when it comes to reproduction. It appears to be a socially accepted mentality.

That woman and the talk show host are idiots; but if he doesn't want any more kids, he should exercise his rights and get a vasectomy instead of expecting the woman to fuck with her endocrine system to prevent further pregnancies.

Agreed
I hope if he doesnt already know, that he finds out and gets one.

Thats one way to protect himself against a the future hardships of a baby at least. (as long as it works)
She wouldnt and shouldnt get a chance in court to justify tricking him..she sabotaged herself well and good.

respectmen -> RE: Woman advised to secretly stop taking birth control to trick her husband into having kids (3/25/2017 9:01:27 PM)

So if the woman lies and plays tricks, it's still the man's fault?

It can't get much stupider than this.

It's like a situation where the man want's kids but the woman doesn't. So he secretly pokes holes in his condom. He gets the woman pregnant and then we blame the woman for not taking the pill.

That isnt evident from the responses here
just from your head.
Which of the posts so far have not spoken against this womans actions.

Nice strawman. Aside from you, who is claiming this?

It's basically placing men at blame for deception and lies from the woman. No different to a man tricking a woman into getting pregnant and then placing blame on the woman for not taking the pill.

How is saying he should accept the responsibility for preventing pregnancy himself instead of expecting someone else to do it for him saying it's anyone's fault? It's simple logic, if he doesn't want to father any more children, he should take steps to insure it doesn't happen, not expect someone else to do it. Doesn't that make sense to you?

Everyone here has said that woman was wrong and nobody is "placing men at blame".

Why do you take offense at people suggesting he should be responsible for his own ability to procreate rather then expecting someone else to fuck with their body chemistry to keep from becoming a father again?

So again, nice strawman.
