The bill was dogshit, even the people who shit the bill out knew it was dogshit, and so it came to a dogshit end, prior to making the nutsuckers have to stand up and do the right thing. It saved their asses to pull it rather than watch every last one of them (except for maybe 5 or so) vote against that bill. Thats what should have happened, it should have seen the garish light of day. And the nutsuckers should have had to stand naked in that garish light and voted.
