Lol!!!! Underestimating is GOOD!

Islamic State said on Tuesday the United States was drowning and "being run by an idiot".

In the first official remarks by the group referring to President Donald Trump since he took office, spokesman Abi al-Hassan al-Muhajer said:

"America you have drowned and there is no savior, and you have become prey for the soldiers of the caliphate in every part of the earth, you are bankrupt and the signs of your demise are evident to every eye."

"... There is no more evidence than the fact that you are being run by an idiot who does not know what Syria or Iraq or Islam is," he said in a recording released on Tuesday on messaging network Telegram.

On what do you base this comment that they LOVE Obama? Considering Obama's policy of drone strikes, and aid to the Kurds have wiped out most of their financing, and much of their territory.

No qualms with any tough methods? Like what? What "tough methods" has he employed? His stupidity has bolstered their media outreach and recruiting. Please elaborate on these "tough methods"

How do you know they never attacked Obama personally? And if so, how does that translate into a LOVE of Obama?

Usually, republicans are more proactive in war and even though Obama ordered a bunch of drone strikes, they actually expect more violence from Trump. However many thought Trump would be a non-interventionalist, he is not proving to be so, so far. It is very early in his Presidency and too hard to tell. He has stated that he wants to destroy ISIS but that decree is not unique.

Actually ISIS is the idiot here. Religion driven, hate based, seeking revenge against those who are much more powerful despite their numbers. I admit we did wrong, but that's just too bad. Revenge ain't happening and that is all there is to it. We have bigger bombs, planes, and a hell of alot of weapons and people who know how to use them.

Let me tell you something. Machine guns are for idiots. You blow off hundreds of rounds and might not hit anyone. You need to learn how to use a gun and make every shot count. Full autos are only useful in the jungles where you cannot see the enemy. All some of these fuckers can do is "rat tat tat" their AK-47 into a crowd. When I pull out a gun I aim. I want every shot to count. Ammunition costs money !

They recruit the young among them. Little training and all that. They need machine guns because they can't shoot. In fact alot of US police can't shoot. Fucking 41 rounds for a guy with a knife, and IIRC they didn't even kill him.

So if ISIS calls Trump an idiot, let's see them win a US election. He is an asshole, that I have no problem with, but he is not an idiot. An idiot is person IIRC with an IQ between 50 and 75.

What's more, the idiot intends to destroy ISIS and is in control of the most powerful military on the planet. They're the idiot for calling him that. It will only bolster his resolve to get rid of them. He DID make a mistake recently but hopefully he learned from it. Next time a shitload of them die, happy now Achmed ?

Time will tell.

As a US Citizen I am entitled to criticise the President as much as I want, but that right does not extend to other countries.

In my opinion.

Well considering the United States signed and ratified the UN Convention against the use of torture, which created a major state department problem during the Bush administration, SHOULD President Trump openly announce and order the use of torture, he is in violation of the Geneva Convention, the UN Treaty AND the Constitution of the United States, which as President he swore an oath to uphold.

That goes without saying that torture results in limited viable intelligence, about 10%.

Most of the time the poor fool just says anything he thinks his torturers want to hear just to make it stop.

But you are right about one thing, Trump rescinded the rules of engagement limiting civilian casualties in his first week in office.

I am surprise that Archlight strikes have not begun in ISIS controlled areas.

You know as well as I that would require mind reading, off which we are not capable. However you do have a point.

It is quite possible that radicals welcome new attacks from the west to garner more support. So you might be right, they can say "Look what they did". Killed half your family and whatever.

What's more, and many people have forgotten this, Trump is not a republican. Though he toes the republican line lately, in the past he donated to democrats all the time. He became a RINO to get into office.

This subject could get complex. For one, republicans are more proactive when it comes to warring. However, with almost two billion of them they might want to see more aggression from the US to gain more recruits. I cannot read their minds.

But there are some things coming clear. First of which is that we are very unlikely to become friends with them.

Got any bright ideas ? They hate us for good reason, and they also never forget. The thirst for oil in the US has made us alot of enemies. Until a new energy source is found there is no fixing this. Stop supporting the house of Saud in Arabia ? Not happening. Not until oil is obsolete.

Yeah, you got a point there, but in reality it is not going to change a thing.

ISIS may be a tiny organisation against the whole world.

But seriously their strategy of grooming lone wolves, is making defeating them difficult. Since it's not just about bombing the crap out of them where-ever their headquarters is. But they have radicalised and planted seeds in Millions around the world, scattered everywhere to inspire them to plan their own attacks. That is the tougher part to tackle.

So every time these Lone Wolves take a life around the world. ISIS feels they have won another battle.

ISIS is winning through convincing through ideology of Islam, by simply sticking to literal interpretation of the Quran and guilt tripping the fuck outta Muslims to do their Jihad duties.

Personally I feel the real fight is micro-managing Mosques all over the world in which version of Islam are they allowed to teach. It's probably not illegal in many Free speech countries for Mosque to teach ISIS version of Islam right? And there lies the problem. Because Mosque holds alot of authority on what is Islam suppose to be, and if they preach about supporting ISIS and tell people ISIS is practicing the correct and accurate Islam.

Then that's how more lone wolves terrorist cells are born everywhere.

IS's strategy is built around the "Caliphate" centred around Raqqa which they declared a few years ago. This was supposed to be the base on which they would conquer the Middle East. Since they have suffered defeat after defeat and the area they currently control is a fraction of the vast swathes of Syria and Iraq they controlled at their height. Every military and political analyst is now telling us that the military defeat of IS is only a matter of time.

IS isn't "winning" - it is losing on all fronts. It has achieved a feat previously only managed by Israel - it has united the entire Muslim world against it, politically religiously and militarily. Barring a couple of isolated terrorist groups such as Boko Haram in Nigeria, it has no allies. Even AQ denounces it and fights against it in Syria.

When Raqqa falls (which is inevitable - the only question is; 'how long will it take?') IS's time as an effective major player will be over, hopefully forever. IS's role will be reduced to occasional outrages committed by 'Lone Wolves' or tiny cells annually. Brutal and horrific as they are, IS has only managed to pull off less than a dozen major attacks in the West during the last several years, most often carried out by a single deluded fanatic whose only contact with IS a few emails. As a serious force capable of inflicting serious damage to the West, it is utterly impotent.

You are correct, I feel, to point out that the ideological war will still remain to be won. Reform of iman training will play a part in that but the major social and political problems bedevilling the Arab/Muslim land, (the festering sores off which IS feeds and finds its support finance and recruits) will remain unresolved. Until these issues are addressed and solved a force such as IS will find enough disaffected recruits

In the foreseeable future, IS (or whatever force replaces it) will be little more than nuisance value.

Mans a fuking idiot. Think I have it in for trump, well I watched his daughter today in a 2 minute segment..she was awesome..Presidential material ( I get that most politicians lie). In essence she knew how to answer a question and also how to avoid answering aspects of it - that was really a QBomb tat was chcuked at her and did you see her through a hissy fit go fuking mental on twitter. And she knew what she was talking about and saying…her father rarely does. Its as plain as day that to anyone sentient.

Ivanka: 'Where I disagree with my father, he knows it' I was very impressed. And in theory knows her father best..I remain unconvinced he actually listens to anything though

That aside Trump will have expert advisers – it all depends if he listens to them, his choices. But hasn’t he already mocked his own intelligence services,judicary etc actually he just about mocked everything there is to mock…because hes goanna fix the planet – mad dangerous fuk

But point is, no fucking idiot could possibly raise a daughter like Ivanka. He was clearly close to his daughter and very involved in her life.

I don't know if Trump been on Reality TV for too long that he feels the need to create controversy to stay in the centre of attention in the News all the time.

But sometimes I think he is playing up a role and an image for public TV.
