this is a cry for help really. i've been asked to "list 5 questions which you could ask yourself and your organisation to think more deeply about how well you are dealing with a client"
 
i have got no idea... so if anybody has got any idea's, please, i would be really grateful for Y/your help.

What is our target client group?

What do we do to appeal directly to that group over and above the rest of society?

What methods of feedback collection from our customer base do we use and can it be improved?

What are the needs of our cliet group in regards to the products/services we provide and are there any more needs we can fullfill within our resourse base?

How well is our frontline staff trained to deal with problems encountered by our customer base and how often is the training reviewed and improved?

Just 5 off the top of my head sweetie. HTH

I think it is a dumb question. Such questions should be put to the clients if you really want to find out how to do a better job with them.
