As to the title of this thread, what do you expect when you start an insurrection in a sovereign country ? You think they are just going to lay down and die ? Or go to your kangaroo court ? Willingly to boot ? You think they are not going to fight back ?
Frankly at this point, Assad has been so fucked with I wouldn't blame him for almost anything he did. We do not belong there, Russia does not belong there, Saudi Arabia does not belong there.
I still want to know specifically what Assad did to gain all this attention. He never attacked another country, I suspect he refused a deal with oil companies or something. There is alot of that going around in the last few decades. Then all the sudden, even though the guy has more popular support than some of our Presidents, he is all the sudden a butcher. And that is compounded by anything he does for defense.
And I got another question, if you don't want people using chemical weapons, why the fuck do you sell them ? Like if you didn't want Pakistan to have nukes, why did you sell them ? They certainly were not built there.
You did these things because war is big business. Not I. I wouldn't sell them a my .38 made in 1911. I wouldn't sell them a shotgun. And this Fast And Furious shit, you don't want Mexican drug cartels to have guns so you sell them guns ? Does anyone realize that if there is no ulterior motive it is the stupidest thing you could possibly do ? I am almost surprised the Mexican government didn't get pissed off about that. But then, they are in on it. Just like the US government has their hands in alot of filthy shit.
So you sell someone weapons and get pissed off when they actually use them. (if he did THIS TIME, they lied last time) Real logical folks. And not all of this shit is done by republicans either, both sides have their fingers in the pie.
As far as I am concerned we all need to pull out of Syria and leave them alone. But everyone has to pull out. If I were President I would seek an agreement with Russia to jointly protect that country from any outside influence, and that means Arabia and Israel as well.
I would say that this world is not run logically but that is not true. What you have to do is to understand their intentions. They make things how they are because they want them how they are. And they do not give fuck about anyone else. They fracked to punish Gazprom. Now in a few years, some people's well water will become undrinkable. But they could not care less.
The stories of human rights abuses do not hold water, because if true they would be in alot different places. North Korea fo example. Or take Tibet away from China, things like that. Reform Saudi Arabia so Women can drive. Where are they ? They are where they think they can make a buck. That is all that matters to them.
So this might be a false flag operation like last time. You can't believe anything. He did it, no he did it. Even if you were there at the time you would probably not know who did it.
And in the final analysis, if Trump starts WW3, good. When the economy tanks we willl have to learn how to build out own stuff again. We will do without because we have no real engineers coming out of the liberal indoctrination centers, they can write a video game but they could not build a gokart even from a kit. That is what the old engineers are saying, they lack the basics. Try to get them to build a TV set. China has no problem doing it. We can use just as modern manufacturing methods, but their pay scales are less. That is because the cost of living is less. That is why Toyota or whoever went to West Virginia or something rather than California where a shoebox goes for two grand a month. There are places in NYC like that as well. What kind of idiot would ever start a business in such a place ?
The kind who have deep pockets and want to rule the world, or at least a piece of it.
The only way you can fix them is to not buy their products. I'm sorry if you got into a predicament where you have to drive 35 mile3s from suburbia to downtown to go to work. Every fucking day. And the military uses more fossil fuel than all of us combined. Have any idea how much it costs just to get one jet off the ground ? You won't burn that much fuel in a month, even in a V8 SUV.
Things have to change and one of the main things is to scale down the military. Use it to protect this country, which they have consistently failed. Most of the "terror attacks" they thwarted were entrapment of young fucks with high spirit, and impressionable. You think not allowing box cutters on planes will stop hijackings ? There are people out there so tough that they can smack you to death. There are some I wouldn't even pull a gun on because I might lose it, plus even shooting them night not stop them, provided I get the chance. Such people could do a hijack with no weapons except their arms and legs. You cannot just shoot them with a little .22 or whatever, they would laugh at you and shove that gun down your throat. You need a high powered rife to shoot them.
I know people with what is called a "registered arm" and a few who just barely avoided it. What that means it that your body is considered a deadly weapon by the government. You have a big problem from then on if you ever get into a fight. Those people could easily hijack a plane, they just don't happen to want to.
So conceivably these Muslims could just get some trainers and martial arts teachers and do it again. I don't know why they have not pursued this. I certainly would if I were they. But nobody ever accused them of being the most intelligent people in the world. Mired in their archaic religion to which they cling, and a few other things. No wonder two billion of them can't beat seven million Jews.
But I digress. The fact is we need to GTFO. We need to GTFO of alot of places. What other country has over 100 foreign military bases ? Let them defend themselves, plus, the world is only so violent because the US makes it that way. We have no business doing anything in Syria.
And that is the bottom line.
