Oddly enough, my first source is right here on the message boards! I don't "just accept" anything ANYBODY says, but there are a couple of the right wing nut jobs that are on here that I can pretty well figure that anything they say is false and so politically partisan as to be pretty much useless except for laughs. And that is certainly not to say that there aren't a few left wingers that come pretty close to that same lack of believability. But when you read what both sides have to say you can pretty much guess that the truth is close to the center. From there, I may look up some of the finer details, and as I said, where I look depends on the topic.
I come here, as well, and read the posts to gain perspective on opposing points of view - which is why it frustrates me when discussions escalate so quickly into name calling, deflection and focus on past beefs with other posters rather simply addressing each other's individual points of view.
