I can reply to messages, but cannot initiate them. This is not due to some spamming thing either, I have never been able to initiate an exchange, and I have only tried 2 or 3 times. It seems that there is some cut off date, if your account was made after that date, it just doesn't work. I have spoken to some other people on the other site who have the same problem. Just to test it, I sent you a message. It doesn't show up in my "Sent Mail" folder. Let us know if you got it.

It's got to be something other than joining date because I've deleted mail from two forum posters in the last few days with joining dates within the last month. It has to be something other than how long ago a person joined.
