The '100 scalps' comment is vague. It's a push to suggest that she's going to beat up 100 people, or even just one. She's shorter than the man by at least a few inches and he's strongly built, whereas she seems skinny. Certainly not a match for him in a punch up, I'd say. Myself, I wouldn't consider her a physical threat, but - well, YMMV.

As for the video - here's the full thing, in a format whose speed-settings you can alter by clicking on the button bottom right of the screen. You can also magnify the screen by clicking Ctrl and + at the same time.

Perhaps you could point out on the timeline where she's kicked someone? I couldn't see that clearly, myself. I noticed two other things - first, she's carrying what looks like a big and expensive camera. (For 'scalping' 100 people - ie getting damning pictures of them, perhaps? Don't know.) Nonetheless, presumably a camera she'd want to protect by, for instance, avoiding getting involved in a scuffle (as most who go equipped with pro-level cameras do); second, you can see the hitter attacking somebody else at 0:22 (left of the screen, in the background), as well as running away at 0:38.

I am fairly certain that I am not the first to bring this to your attention (as you likely noticed on your own in the first place), but it seems apparent that there are almost always stragglers to numerous legitimate protests who hang back a bit just waiting for the right moment to start smashing window fronts or police cars or people.

Whereby the entirety of the protesters are then turned as to "mass riot!", by the sensationalist media.

To me, that's an even even more egregious action -with willful intent to further incitement- than the actions of the relatively few violence makers.

But I am sure not blaming this recent episode on the media. The brown shirts were just having too much fun and were intentionally there at the forefront for me to say that.
