While I understand and sympathize with your statement a review of the video provided by Boxco points to three facts left out of your statement. The woman was only an inch or two shorter than the man that hit her, not half his size. Before she went to the event she appears to have posted that she was going to bring back "100 scalps" showing she was the one there to demonstrate true grit for her cause. Just before she is hit, she seems to have thrown a kick at a guy going down to the ground beside her demonstrating she was violent and expecting violence. The '100 scalps' comment is vague. It's a push to suggest that she's going to beat up 100 people, or even just one. She's shorter than the man by at least a few inches and he's strongly built, whereas she seems skinny. Certainly not a match for him in a punch up, I'd say. Myself, I wouldn't consider her a physical threat, but - well, YMMV. As for the video - here's the full thing, in a format whose speed-settings you can alter by clicking on the button bottom right of the screen. You can also magnify the screen by clicking Ctrl and + at the same time. http://www.sacbee.com/news/state/article144896279.html Perhaps you could point out on the timeline where she's kicked someone? I couldn't see that clearly, myself. I noticed two other things - first, she's carrying what looks like a big and expensive camera. (For 'scalping' 100 people - ie getting damning pictures of them, perhaps? Don't know.) Nonetheless, presumably a camera she'd want to protect by, for instance, avoiding getting involved in a scuffle (as most who go equipped with pro-level cameras do); second, you can see the hitter attacking somebody else at 0:22 (left of the screen, in the background), as well as running away at 0:38.
