Judges Merrick Garland, David Sentelle and Stephen Williams ruled unanimously against the nutsucker slobberblog organ Judicial Watch. And reversed part of the Howell judgement but not all of it, making many FOIAs available, saying that it raised separation of powers concerns. Sentelle and Williams are Reagan nutsucker judges, since innuendo and impugnation is important to the understanding, apparently.
