Status: offline 		Judges Merrick Garland, David Sentelle and Stephen Williams ruled unanimously against the nutsucker slobberblog organ Judicial Watch. And reversed part of the Howell judgement but not all of it, making many FOIAs available, saying that it raised separation of powers concerns.

Sentelle and Williams are Reagan nutsucker judges, since innuendo and impugnation is important to the understanding, apparently.

White House Communications Director Michael Dubke said the administration is following a 2013 federal court ruling that found most of the logs are considered presidential records and are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

He argued Mr Trump has taken steps to improve ethics such as imposing new restrictions on lobbying and opening to the White House news briefing room to outlets that previously did not have access.

(And......to date....4 of his "picks" {that opted out or got tossed} have now processed paper to become.............................................lobbyists...okay...you got 2 so far).

Senior White House officials also contend Mr Trump's new policy mirrors what previous administrations have done before Mr Obama.

(See above....loss...yepper......-1).

The Obama administration began releasing visitor records in September 2009 in response to legal challenges.

(10 months after....semi win....we'll call it a win).

The policy had some exceptions, which included private visits to the Obama family and those in attendance for "sensitive meetings", such as potential Supreme Court nominees.

(OOOOHHHH!!! -1....semi factual....not quite a win....fair play...not a win....-1).

But the records were not made available immediately and sometimes took months before they appeared online.

(Well....that would be a -2....as in...not transparent....called a win by Obama....slated for a loss because well....it's....ANOTHER lie....-2).

White House lawyers also redacted names for national security concerns and other reasons before the logs were made public.

(RUT ROH!!!! - 8!!!).

In 2012, Mr Trump criticised Mr Obama for concealing names. Why I am not un surprised guffaws oh is it because typhoid orange "cock womble" is a dangerous lying hypocritical fuk guffaws guffaws

I believe we are....currently.....-12 for Obama (plus 3 so...-9)....and (I didn't do the math for Trump because well.....I'm a Republican :) )
