Well, personally to me, O'Reilly seem to be an extremely politically incorrect person.
He also said things that can be construed as racist.
So he probably said alot of things that offends women while conversing with them.
So he probably have offended alot of women, as well other races.
He even made fun of Chinese in a "racist" way, but I'm not offended, I found that segment funny. The Daily Show Called him out on it.
So I personally think, you know, sexual harassment is a very difficult charge, it's always "he says" and "she says". This isn't like molest or rape!
And in his case, I just think he thought it was much easy paying them off than fighting them all.
And look at now, Hannity is also accused of sexual harassment. It seems like what is going on at Fox News?
One thing I do know at Fox News, is, you ain't gonna get political correct males. But doesn't mean they don't empower smart females.
Megan Kelly for example, despite her claims of Roger Ailes sexual harassment to her and threatening her job when she was a newbie at Fox. She still rose to the top and got her own program.
Like I can't get over, one of the things the media brought up was, O'Reilly harassed an African American woman by simply referring to her as "Hot Chocolate" which of course made her felt uncomfortable and offended.
I mean seriously....., I see that more as a corny and lame way of paying a dark skinned woman a compliment. Really super Fail! But THAT itself is already a sexual harassment charge. This is reported by Lib Medias. I mean, seriously???

This was the "racist" chinese segment, and I don't even get which is the "racist" part about it? That they chose Asians who don't speak American English with an American Accent? Come on! Most Asians in the world don't speak with an American Accent. So that's normal to me in my part of the world! Or that they chose people who don't really have an opinion on politics? In our local comedy program when they go on the streets and interview Chinese people about politics. Same results. Fact is, Chinese people care only about making money. Very rarely gives a shit about what the government does and who gets elected, because they always believe in making their own way, and don't rely on government to help them for anything. Which is why even in places like Indonesia and Malaysia, where they have less rights, they still strive.
I don't think telling a woman she is "Hot Chocolate" is sexual harassment. I can imagine the equivalent is telling a Chinese woman she is a "Hot Banana" or a "Hot Mango".
Lol!! I find that funny. And Lame but funny! It's not even Crude. I don't know about Sexual Harassment for that.
