So when others criticise our culture, it's not racist. But when we criticise Yassmin's culture, it's racist.

If we have a problem with Yassmin criticising our culture, we are racist. If Yassmin had a problem with us criticising her culture, it's not racist.

But, in broad strokes, claiming that culture, ethnicity, and race are the same thing is being uninformed about the reality of the subjects.
