Felix Sater, who was the managing director, stabbed a man in the neck with a broken glass, committed stock fraud, and then went on to attempt to broker a deal that would have promised to end the sanctions in Russia and 'lease' Crimea to Putin for 50-100 years! Pretty bold of him to do that... almost as if he had serious leverage over the President of the United States or something. The really funny part is that the Russians rejected the deal because in their eyes, they already own Crimea anyways... I guess since Trump is essentially their bitch, they can hold out for better terms.
I guess Trump didn't know about that deal either?
